[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][cl_page_header text_color=”light-text” background_color=”#3888e2″ typography=”h3″][\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs][vc_tta_section title=”GENERAL INFORMATION” tab_id=”1506889160990-4e1a6849-b2ec”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The Food Products Testing Laboratory<\/strong> within the State Enterprise \u201cApplied Metrology and Certification Centre\u201d (CMAC) provides laboratory testing services for food products<\/strong> in accordance with the requirements of applicable national and international standards, with the purpose of verifying product compliance with safety and quality requirements.<\/p>\n

The laboratory\u2019s technical competence is confirmed through the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with SM EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2018<\/strong>, the laboratory being accredited by the National Accreditation Center of the Republic of Moldova \u201cMOLDAC\u201d, accreditation certificate L\u00ce \u2013 086 (see certificate<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The laboratory has qualified personnel, appropriate equipment, and validated testing methods, which allow the determination of a wide range of food product indicators, including safety and quality indicators.<\/p>\n

The laboratory received its first accreditation in 1993, which reflects the experience gained and the continuous development of testing activities for food products.<\/p>\n

In order to maintain its level of competence and ensure the reliability of results, the laboratory regularly participates in proficiency testing schemes (PT) organized nationally and internationally, including programs such as FAPAS, LGC Standards, and other similar schemes.<\/p>\n
