1.Submission of the request at the Reception Section with the client\u2019s identification information (for individuals, the applicant\u2019s identity card is required);<\/p>\n

2. Delivery of the medical device to the Reception Section; Medical devices must be submitted for periodic verification intact, without defects, in working condition, along with the report from the previous verification and any auxiliary devices necessary for the periodic verification.<\/strong><\/p>\n
