Coca Street<br \/>\n<strong>Institution:<\/strong> State Enterprise &#8220;Centre of Applied Metrology and Certification&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>Subdivision:<\/strong> Institutional Management Department<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coordinating and efficiently managing logistics and procurement activities within the entity;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, organizing, and optimizing the flow of goods and resources;<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the logistics team, including task assignment and performance evaluation;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the proper conduct of the procurement process, including drafting the annual plan and entering data in the SIA RSAP M-Tender system;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring logistics costs and identifying optimization solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Managing inventory, stock-taking, and internal material flows;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating effectively with suppliers and other company subdivisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Candidate Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in an economic or technical field, according to the following codes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>04 \u201cBusiness, Administration, and Law\u201d<br \/>\nor<\/li>\n<li>07 \u201cEngineering, Processing Technologies, Architecture and Construction\u201d from the List of Study Fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nAt least 2 years in a similar position or in the field of logistics, procurement, and acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Public procurement legislation;<\/li>\n<li>Normative-technical documentation in the field of automotive transport;<\/li>\n<li>Logistics processes and stock management;<\/li>\n<li>Use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, Internet;<\/li>\n<li>Working with the M-Tender system (considered an advantage);<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Romanian language; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Skills and Personal Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Organization, planning, and coordination skills;<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork;<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility, initiative, objectivity, loyalty to the institution;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and decision-making ability;<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to continuous professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you wish to be part of a professional team and actively contribute to the development of logistics processes within a state institution, we await your CV and cover letter at: <strong>office@cmac.md<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For more information, feel free to contact us at: <strong>022 218 405<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workplace: Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality, 28 E.
