Coca Street<br \/>\n<strong>Subdivision:<\/strong> Industrial Products Testing Laboratory<br \/>\n<strong>Position:<\/strong> Head of Laboratory<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coordinating the technical and administrative activities of the laboratory;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the correct application of standardized methods and internal procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Verifying and approving the results obtained from testing;<\/li>\n<li>Managing the maintenance of laboratory equipment and infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and monitoring the training, authorization, and evaluation of personnel;<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and maintaining the quality management system in accordance with SM EN ISO\/IEC 17025;<\/li>\n<li>Expanding the laboratory&#8217;s accreditation scope in line with technical regulations and national consumer protection policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Candidate Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>\nA degree (bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s, or doctorate) in a technical field under study area 071 \u201cEngineering and Engineering Activities,\u201d as per the National Classification of Fields of Study and Specialties in Higher Education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Professional Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nAt least 5 years of experience in laboratory testing of industrial products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Knowledge and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Knowledge of current legislation and its application in professional activity;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with technical requirements for electrical safety and related regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of testing methods, data interpretation, and result reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the operation and use of measuring equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of quality management systems according to SM EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2018;<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office);<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Romanian (advanced level), Russian and English (intermediate level);<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with safety rules and workplace environment requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, coordination, delegation, time management, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Attitudes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Responsibility, objectivity, openness to new ideas, adherence to the legal framework, and commitment to continuous professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Other Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ensuring the quality and accuracy of tests within the accreditation scope;<\/li>\n<li>Applying corrective measures and managing non-conformities;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining discipline within the team;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring confidentiality of data and results;<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate reporting to upper management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Interested candidates are invited to send their CV and cover letter to the email address:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>office@cmac.md<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Phone: 022 218 405<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Join the CMAC team and actively contribute to the development of quality infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entity Name: State Enterprise &#8220;Centre of Applied Metrology and Certification&#8221; Location: Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality, 28 E.
