Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and efficiently managing logistics and procurement activities within the entity;
- Planning, organizing, and optimizing the flow of goods and resources;
- Supervising the logistics team, including task assignment and performance evaluation;
- Ensuring the proper conduct of the procurement process, including drafting the annual plan and entering data in the SIA RSAP M-Tender system;
- Monitoring logistics costs and identifying optimization solutions;
- Managing inventory, stock-taking, and internal material flows;
- Collaborating effectively with suppliers and other company subdivisions.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or technical field, according to the following codes:
- 04 “Business, Administration, and Law”
or - 07 “Engineering, Processing Technologies, Architecture and Construction” from the List of Study Fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years in a similar position or in the field of logistics, procurement, and acquisitions.
Required Knowledge:
- Public procurement legislation;
- Normative-technical documentation in the field of automotive transport;
- Logistics processes and stock management;
- Use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, Internet;
- Working with the M-Tender system (considered an advantage);
- Advanced Romanian language; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
