Certifications Department has the mission to manage the activities of the enterprise in the field of providing certification services for quality management systems and products.
Agro/Food Product Testing Department has the mission to manage the activities of the enterprise in the field of providing testing services for agro/food products. The department is subdivided into four testing  laboratories.
Industrial Product Testing Department has the mission to manage the activity of the Industrial testing Laboratory and Testing and Research Laboratory of Materials for Building and Roads
Applied Metrology Department has the mission to manage the activity of two laboratories: Metrological Verification and Calibration.
Legal, Monitoring and Human Resources Department ensures the legality of the activity of the enterprise, coordinates the activities of internal control of the processes carried within the enterprise, promotes and implements efficient management of human resources.
Accounting, Economy and Marketing Department organizes, controls and coordinates the process of planning, use and reporting of enterprise financial resources, as well as the activity of : prospecting internal and external market, elaboration of programs and plans for service development, establishing price/tariffs policy.
Purchasing, Maintenance and Transport Section ensures necessary conditions for current activity of the enterprise by technical and material supply, ensuring technical and organizational assistance.
Communication and IT Service ensures efficient and transparent communication of enterprise activity, manages, maintains, develops and ensures the functioning of technological and informational framework within the enterprise.
