Agro-food Product Testing
The Agro-Food Product Testing Directorate of the S.E. “CMAC” provides laboratory testing services for agro-food products in accordance with national and international standards through the Agro-Food Product Testing Laboratory located in Chișinău.
The competence and capability of the entire team of laboratory specialists are demonstrated through the maintenance of a quality management system in compliance with SM EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, accredited by the National Accreditation Center of the Republic of Moldova “MOLDAC” – LI-086 (see certificate).
The laboratory in Chișinău was first accredited in 1993.
The purpose of the laboratories is to meet the needs of consumers, producers, importers, and exporters by performing laboratory tests for various parameters on a wide range of products.
In their activity, the laboratories always rely on the accuracy of the data provided to clients, maintaining their competence by participating nationally and internationally in PT schemes (FAPAS, LGS, etc.). The existing test methods are validated with measurement uncertainty estimation.
Service Name: Laboratory testing of agro-food products, according to the held accreditation scope.
Beneficiaries: Product certification bodies (internal/external), regulatory authorities in the field, individuals, and legal entities, regardless of their form of organization.
Service Request: The service request must be submitted at the laboratory reception office, either personally by the applicant or by their legal representative.
Note: The service request form (view PDF form; view DOC form) and the service contract (view PDF form; view DOC form) must be registered at the laboratory reception office.
Service Delivery Time: Depends on the category of products subject to laboratory testing and the methods used.
