Medical Devices Verification
Î.S. ”CMAC” prestează servicii de verificare periodică a dispozitvevlor medicale utilizate în economia naționale prin intermediul Organismului de inspecție de tip A, acreditat conform SM SR EN ISO/CEI 17020:2013. (Certificat de acreditare OI-008).
Organismul de Inspecție din cadrul Î.S. ”CMAC” este primul organism acreditat și recunoscut în Republica Moldova în domeniul verificărilor periodice a dispozitivelor medicale.
Organismul de Inspecție efectuează verificări periodice și după reparare a dispozitivelor medicale.

Stages of the Periodic Verification Process for Medical Devices
1.Submission of the request at the Reception Section with the client’s identification information (for individuals, the applicant’s identity card is required);
2. Delivery of the medical device to the Reception Section; Medical devices must be submitted for periodic verification intact, without defects, in working condition, along with the report from the previous verification and any auxiliary devices necessary for the periodic verification.
3. The following deadlines are set for periodic verification:
- 10 (five) working days from the receipt of the medical devices when the periodic verification is conducted in the Provider’s laboratories;
- 15 (ten) working days when the periodic verification is conducted at the Beneficiary’s premises.
4. Issuance of the inspection certificate in case of positive verification results, or an unserviceability report in case of negative results.
